“WIlson! I'm so... woah! Look at you! You're really working your wheels."
"But I'm going anywhere."
"That's the point! You've invented a running machine for chuggers.”
―Lori and Wilson

Work Those Wheels is the fifteenth episode of the first part of Chuggington: Badge Quest, as well as the fifteenth episode overall.

The trainees arrive at the Depot to meet Vee, who instructs them on how to earn their "work those wheels" badges- the three trainees must put together a workout. However, Wilson feels unconfident, as he is not as strong as Brewster or as fast as Koko. Meanwhile, Koko begins doing one-hundred laps around Roundhouse Park- Lori watches in Zephie, and tells her to pace herself, as she is tiring herself out by going so fast. At the Fuel Yard, Wilson sees Eddie doing push-ups, and attempts to do them himself. Unfortunately, he quickly derails and has trouble getting back on the rails.

Simultaneously, Lori and Zephie spot Brewster struggling with a line of five hopper wagons. Lori suggests that with less cars, chuggers will be able to go up and down the hill more times. Brewster takes this into consideration. Later at the Repair Shed, Wilson has Lori use a jack to do push ups- however, Lori states that she is the only one getting a workout, as she has to pry Wilson up and down. Suddenly, Lori is called over to Roundhouse Park. However, she forgets to put Wilson down.

Lori sees Koko complete her one-hundred laps, but quickly remembers that Wilson is still stuck on the jack. Wilson attempts to free himself, but finds himself tired while moving his wheels (and gaining no traction.) Lori arrives, and tells Wilson that he has made his own workout, and invented a running machine for chuggers. Wilson decides to call it the "Chugalong". The three trainees return to the Training Yard to earn their badges, where they all try out the Chugalong for themselves.
