Plot[]
Wilson, Brewster, Koko, Hoot and Toot are assigned to build a camp in the mountains; due to their bickering, the twins forget a number of the materials- it's only until they arrive that they realize. No one has a clue how the trainees will build the camp in time; if at all.
Brewster establishes that they'll simply have to use what they have. He and Wilson find some branches that they use to build some of the sheds. Cormac then arrives with the parts for the water tower, to which Wilson, Brewster and Koko assemble and take to Rocky Ridge River to fill it up.
Feeling bad for what they did, Hoot and Toot build the rolling stock shed, and with nothing to cover it with, venture into the mine to find something to do so. The other trainees return to the campsite, to find Hoot and Toot gone and the rolling stock shed incomplete; Brewster works on the roof, while Wilson and Koko find Hoot and Toot arguing- the former tells them that it's nearly time for their inspection, and so they leave the mine to see Brewster with still nothing to cover the rolling stock shed's roof with.
Hoot and Toot then remember a tarp that they came across in the mine, and retrieve in just in time for Tyne and Skylar's inspection. Having not expected to see the campsite completed, Tyne and Skylar give the trainees top marks for using what they had. Later that night, the trainees all sit around the campfire and sing some classic campfire songs.
