}}The '''Tootington Tunnel''' is a long circular tunnel that marks the border between [[Chuggington]] and [[Tootington]] along the [[High Speed Link]], run by [[Payce]]. The tunnel was built by the [[Chuggineers]].

==Biography==
Not long after [[Brewster]] joined the Chuggineers, it was proposed that a new line connecting both Chuggington and Tootington would be built, most likely for more efficient transportation between the two cities. A chugger hailing from Tootington, Payce, would be recruited to run the line. The Chuggineers would build the line, with the tunnel for it connecting to a large bridge that sat on a ravine near the border. [[Tyne]], a chugger who specialises in drilling, was given the job of creating the tunnel so that tunnel sections and tracks could follow suit.

During the completion of the tunnel drilling, it would be spotted by Brewster that a track on the bridge was not welded properly, meaning that the weight of Tyne (along with the heavy demolisher she was using) would likely cause the bridge to collapse. The accident was swiftly prevented- with Brewster's find earning the bridge his name- dubbed "[[Brewster Bridge]]".

The tunnel would open soon after, with many chuggers from Chuggington coming to watch the opening ceremony, attended by both the mayors of Chuggington and Tootington. Some time afterwards, the tunnel would go under a minor renovation with several tunnel sections being replaced.
