The Paper Mill

The Paper Mill, located far out in the countryside, is where wood is turned into paper in Chuggington. The place appeared very sparsely in the show, and only a couple of notable events have occurred there. Once, Wilson had to pick up an important delivery of paper from there, only for it to become wet after he started playing around a broken water pipe sprinkling water everywhere. Sometime later, Wilson and Koko stopped at the Paper Mill, having the wrong idea that it would be the final destination of their Badge Quest.
