The Chugtastic Games is a series of events where trains of all shapes and sizes show off their skills in fun competition.

The Chugtastic Games consists and trails of speed, strength, aim, and focus. Old Puffer Pete was one of the very first chuggers to win a gold metal award for the games.

In the latest game, Koko won a gold metal for being the fastest, Brewster won a gold metal for being the strongest, Asher won a gold metal for completing the Chug Patrol course, and Rosa won a gold metal for best rock tosser. However, Wilson received a new award called the MVC; the Most Valuable Chugger award. He was the only chugger to compete in all of the courses and do it in a positive mindset.

  • The Chugtastic Games are styled after the Olympic Games; the episode was likely planned as a tie-in with the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games, which were postponed to 2021 due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
