Terry is was Old Puffer Pete's tender.
Persona
Terry is not really a train but he is just as important. He is Old Puffer Pete's old tender car from the glory days of steam, but he was on his last wheel. Soon he warned out and got abandoned. Old Puffer Pete went to New Chuggington and then got modified into a tank engine. Many years after he was found but it was sent to the scrapyards. Zephie and Brewster once though that Old Puffer Pete is ready to go to the scrapyard. But, that was a misunderstanding, instead it is Terry the tender.
