Simon Jowett (born 13th September 1964) is a British author and scriptwriter for Chuggington. Jowett has written a few comics for the James Bond series, and he's also been a part of television series such as Upstairs Downstairs Bears, Bob the Builder, Warhammer 40K, Shane the Chef, Timmy Time and more.
