Service with a Smile is the tenth episode of the second part of Chuggington: Badge Quest, as well as the thirty-sixth episode overall.
Plot[]
Wilson meets Vee at the Roundhouses, to which Emery arrives, and instructs Wilson on how to earn his "Service with a Smile" badge- Emery has set up three tests, of which Wilson must pass at least two of. For the first test, Wilson picks up his passengers, though he is rather bothered by a boy playing loud music in the coach. Wilson, rudely demanding that the music is turned off, is further annoyed when the volume is turned up. Wilson uncouples from the coach and shouts into the windows that the boy is being too loud. Further aggravating Wilson, the boy replies "So are you." Emery tells Wilson that he is supposed to be polite to his passengers, and that he has failed the first test.
For the next test, Wilson picks up more passengers at the city. However, they begin shoving each other as a means to move in and out of the coach. Wilson attempts to end the conflict, but realises that it does not matter how polite he is if he does not speak up and smile. Thus, Wilson blows his horn and asks if his passengers may form a line. This works, and Emery explains that for the last test, Wilson must head for the Ice Cream Factory.
Wilson tell his passengers that they will soon arrive at the factory, when he is forced to stop due to hazard signs on the track. Wilson's passengers begin to complain, and Wilson almost loses his patience by rudely asking them to stop, but he soon remembers to speak up, be nice to his passengers and smile. Wilson explains the situation and his passengers understand. Emery then declares to Wilson that he has earned his badge. Wilson returns to the Training Yard to receive the badge, but cannot smile as his face hurts.
