Round Up Wilson is the 26th episode of Season 4.
Plot
During training at dusk Jackman makes Wilson, Asher and Calley get all the chuggers out of the roundhouses in a practice emergency drill Asher and Calley get the double decker and the 2 next them out and Wilson was stuck getting Brewster, Koko, Hoot and Toot, Piper, Zephie, Irving and Old puffer Pete getting them out of their sheds. But Hoot and Toot don't listen and then Irving yells and toots at them to get out of their shed. Calley and Asher took Chatsworth, Harrison, Frostini, Olwin, Zack, Tyne, Fletch, Mtambo, Skylar, Decka, Speedy, Hodge and Emery to the training yards and Wilson took his team to the roundhouse park. after the drill they need to evacuate the animals at the safari park.

Goofs
When Chug Patrol are gathered at the Safari Park, Zephie appears carrying a boxcar instead of Calley.
- When Wilson pulls up to Asher in the Safari Park, he is clearly wearing his Chug-Com, even though he lost it in the previous scene.
- When Hoot & Toot are separating ,their cab can rotate to 360 degree like Zephie . This is used when they asked Wilson to catch them when they are playing Chug Tag.
