San Locomota[]
San Locomota is a Spanish-speaking country bordering Chuggington in which Rosa hails from. A connection between the two cities can be found along the High Mountain Pass.
The city consists of clustered buildings, complex track routes, fields and beaches. Rosa would attempt to visit San Locomota for the holidays with the help of the trainees, but was forced to turn back to Chuggington after a landslide.
