The Mayor of Tootington is a representitive of Tootington.
Biography[]
After Brewster broke a whole new record delivering wood to Tootington and back with the Chug Booster, the Mayor decided to present him with an award for the fastest run to Tootington ever.
Some time later, he, along with Mayor Pullman, together opened the tunnel for Tootington's brand new High Speed Link.
Attire[]
The Mayor is fitted with a purple shirt and dark green tie with a grey blazer on top. on his shoulders is a huge gold necklace representing his attributions on Tootington.
