Linda is The Mayor's assistant in Chuggington. In Wilson and the Dinosaur, she asked Wilson to help her make a poster of Chuggington and in Wilson's Paper Trail she was a designer from the printers. Wilson had to face up to her and tell her that the specialy made paper was ruined. She wasn't cross and loved the natural design on the paper. She even joked about having envelopes made.
