Hoot v. Toot is the eighth episode of the second season.

Plot

Hoot mixes up a delivery of red tomatoes with green apples, making Toot angry at him. He also switches the red paint intended for Wilson with green paint. Toot later finds out that the reason for this was Hoot being red-green colourblind.
