Hoot and Toot are double ended twin trainees.
Bio
Hoot and Toot are brother and sister and have two very distinct personalities. The two of them tend to argue and bicker a lot. Hoot and Toot hate rules, which gets them into trouble. Though their disregard the rule, they have been trusted with fairly important jobs such as delivering a model dinosaur. They are always seen joined back-to-back, but in at least two episodes by strong pulling they manage to separate.
Basis
Hoot and Toot are loosly based upon the British Rail Class 70 "Powerhaul" diesel, this is because Hoot and Toot are smaller and have the unrealistic feature of a corridor which can only been found on passenger trains.
