Delivery Dash at the Docks is the first double-length special from the fifth season, comprised of the episodes Koko Express and Skipper Stu and the Steam Crane.
Plot[]
In this exciting collection of new Chuggington adventures, Koko is thrilled to be spending the day training with Daley, Chuggington's new express delivery engine. Together they pick up and deliver important packages all around Chuggington, frequenting the bustling docks where Skipper Stu, Chuggington's new Dock Master, is unloading and loading the ship. Through their adventures, Koko and Skipper Stu learn the importance of patience, paying careful attention to detail, and, of course, teamwork as they commence with the Delivery Dash at the Docks!

- This episode marks Dr. Ling's first appearance since the second season episode, Fault Finder Emery.
- This episode marks the last occurrence of a few things:
- The last episode to be written by Lorelei King.
- Speedy, Mr. Knot and Dr. Ling's last appearances to date.
- The last episode where Hodge is voiced by Arthur Lee in the UK dub, and James Lukens in the US dub.
- The last episode where Eddie is voiced by Trevor White in the US dub.
- The last episode to feature the Fuel Yard, although the Chug Wash is still be present in Season 6 but is located on the other side of the Depot.
- Edited stock footage from Rescue at Rocky Ridge is used.

- Skylar is voiced by Brendan Dooling as opposed to Jason Durran in the American dub due to his line being reused from Brewster's Crane Training.
