- Lots of stock footage was used for the transitioning of the episodes.
- For the opening sequence, stock footage from Rock-a-Bye Chatsworth, Can't Catch Koko, Brewster's Carwash, Mind Your Manners, Wilson Gets a Wash, Show and Tell Brewster, Hodge Can't Wait, Wobbly Wheels, and Koko's New Look was used to show the chuggers getting clean.
- The scene where Eddie and Hodge examined the Chug Wash was stock footage from Helpful Hodge.
- When Vee asks for Wilson to go to the Chug Wash, soundbites from different episodes were used to form the sentence. Additionally, stock footage from Brewster's Little Helper was used.
- For the ending sequence, stock footage from Wilson Gets a Wash was used for the trainees finishing the day off, and Fire Warden Wilson for Brewster's solo shot.
- This was the longest bonus episode up until Goodnight Chuggers in 2021.
