Brendan Dooling (born on 27 January 1990 in Bellport, Suffolk, New York, United States) is an American actor who provided the original voice of Skylar in the American dub of Chuggington. He is known for his portrayal of Walt Reynolds on The CW's teen drama series The Carrie Diaries.
