Action Chugger is a jet-powered engine and an idol to many chuggers.
Persona
Since he is a movie star, not much is known about him. But when he appeared in Brewster Knows Best, he seemed kind and had a lot of patience.
Basis
He has no real basis, but seems to be a combination between a TGV Train and a jet.
