Action Chugger's Day Off is the thirty-first episode of the sixth season.

Plot

Being a super chugger is hard work! But when given a well deserved day off, Action Chugger has a hard time relaxing! Can the trainees get Action Chugger to finally rest his wheels?

Trivia

• Going by production order, this is the thirty-third episode of the sixth season.
• This marks the final appearances of Asher and Mayor Pullman, as well as Hanzo's final speaking role (albeit in the UK dub).
• At the start of the episode, Wilson sings a few lyrics to the Ice Cream Song from Discover Chuggington: All Aboard!
• This is the first time since the third season episode, Undercover Action Chugger in which Action Chugger has the leading role in an episode.
• When Action Chugger starts to take a nap in Brewster's cabin, Koko sings a short rendition version of the famous Brahms Lullaby to help him fall asleep.

Goofs

• In the UK and US end credits, Sacha Dhawan and Nick Hagelin are not credited for voicing Eddie, Michael Byers and Michael G. Stern are not credited for voicing Jackman, and Paul Dodds and Mick Wingert are not credited for voicing Zack.
• When Action Chugger flies away from the Chug Wash, a couple of assets from the Recycling Yard randomly spawn on top of the Coloured Tunnels.
• Once the trainees get Action Chugger to fall asleep, only the outer ridge of Wilson's eyebrows are visible.
• In some parts of the UK dub, Zack has his US voice while yelling.
• In the UK dub, Wilson has his US voice while flying in the air in slow motion.
