Ok, I watched season 1 and I randomly fell in love with it. ADHD-related characters make me howl with laughter these days. Wilson was especially my male favorite. And when someone brought up the chuggington theme song i had a flashback! My favorite episode was "Koko Pulls it Off" because....uh....well, Mr. Simpkins (who clearly needs to be less Squidward with the Lynn Loud jr.-esque Koko) made my female trainee icon heartbroken. To this day, even the mention makes me remember. Heck, we even have a diecast of Koko, Wilson, Brewster, Ol' Puffer Pete and Dunbar. (why do i remember all of them?)
Finally after 365 days/1 whole year of making at least one edit to the wiki every day, I managed to get the badge that no one else on this wiki had received until now.
So, basically im going to list my headcannon on how each trainee arrived to Chuggington. Lets get started.
Wilson: He was built in 1949 in a Santa FE workshop located San Francisco but due to loco overcrowdment, he was sold to Chuggington and arrived in 1950.
Brewster: He was built in 1962 with a shorter body than the other 55s, and added headlights. He worked track maintenance, but due to an engine shortage over at Chuggington, he was bought and arrived in 1965.
Koko: She was built in the UK in 1967, due to a deal with Japanese which allowed her builders to use a experimental design of a Japanese Bullet Train. She was bought for passenger services as Chuggingtons population grew rapidly and the current chuggers couldn't handle the workload.
Hoot and Toot: They were built for underground services in the US in 1973, but due to misinformation with the builders they were built without coaches and were sold for scrap, but Chuggington bought them and saved them.
Zephie: She was built in Chuggingtons workshop in 1965 for Tour Services, she was built with extra movement to be able to see everywhere in Chuggington.
